It is never nice when spouses or partners do not trust each other, however there are times where there are legitimate reasons to investigate, discover things about your spouse/partner and protect yourself.

These reasons may range from issues of loyalty and money, to your safety and the safety of your children. When it comes to that, we can help you with a discreet in depth investigation of your family electronic assets, your computers, your mobile phone and tablets, as well as your satnav devices.
For every examination of an electronic asset, it will be important to either have the consent of the other party, or if this is not feasible or desired, a written confirmation that the device you hand over to us belongs to you and that you have the ownership and legal use of it. This document will act as a disclaimer and will release us from any legal liability and action your spouse may want to take. If you are not sure about what you should do, then you should consult a lawyer.

If you do not know any lawyer, we can suggest some that we know and have worked with, or we can direct you to the Law Society of your jurisdiction and they will be able to help you. We may not need this however if your device is provided to us through your lawyer. Feel free to contact us for a confidential conversation.
Some of the reasons spouses have contacted us are:

Issues of fidelity and extra-marital affairs
Fear that the spouse is involved in criminal activities
Fear that the spouse is downloading and watching child pornography
Suspicions of fraud
Suspicion of family property misappropriation
Domestic abuse (seeking evidence)
Crimes against children (including rape and beating)
Suspicion of hacking into personal accounts
Suspicion of gambling and substance abuse
Fear of loosing the family home due to undisclosed debts by the other spouse
