Online Content Preservation
If the evidence you are concerned with is online, and you wish to ensure that it can be stored, retained and analyzed or used at any time in the future, than Strathclyde Forensics has the right solution for you.

Our Online Content Preservation is a unique service what allows you to forensically stores the contents of a web page or an entire website, the contents of blogs, online publications and social media pages like Facebook, Badoo, Tagged etc.
Identify the source of evidence that needs to be preserved.

(i.e. Web page, Facebook profile, images etc.)
Establish the appropriate methodology and identify tools.

Collect
online evidence
Store and index recovered evidence
Validate and certify the stored evidence
Once we establish what needs to be preserved, we select the appropriate tools and methodology. When everything is in place, we download the material in question and store it locally. We index and analyze it (if it is part of what is required by the client) and then we validate and certify the copy. This is done by means of a certificate issued by Strathclyde Forensics. If an affidavit or the certification by a Notary Public is required, than we shall be more than happy to provide this service as well.

The copied material can be provided on a CD/DVD disk, a USB stick, an external drive, or be delivered electronically as a compressed (password protected) file. The evidence can also be placed in a tamper proof evidence back in order to preserve the chain of custody.

The preserved material can be presented in private or in court by Strathclyde Forensics if  you so wish.
