Neutral Forensics
Neutral Forensics (aka Neutral Forensics Reporting) is a unique service in the UK and the rest of Europe as far as our research has shown.

Neutral Forensics is a simple solution to cutting down the costs and investigation times especially in cases where there is a dispute that needs resolving. This service is ideal for the following situations:

a Employment cases (i.e. Disputes between employer and employee)
a Employment Tribunals
a Business partners disputes
a Financial disputes
a Personal and family disputes.

How it works:

We have an initial meeting with both interested parties. We explain the procedure to both parties (and their lawyers) and then we agree on the methodology, scope and time-frame of the investigation. We keep a copy of the imaged drive or other device, until the case is resolved. We preferably keep the original device in our custody, but we may agree to return it to its rightful owner, with the understanding that a copy is made.

We then analyze the findings and produce a report. At a second meeting, we produce two copies of the report, and the two parties can pick the copy they want. As a result both parties have the same information at the same time. This reduces the cost and saves time (of two independent investigations). Our extra service of Second Opinion can be added for additional reassurance.
