Family Courts
Family courts are usually a hard and devastating process, not only for the couple but usually a lot more for the children.

Dealing with cases that go to family courts is a sensitive and delicate affair, and we have our share of such experiences.

Strathclyde Forensics has worked for such cases, in order to provide the best possible evidence for the court to make the right decision.

We have investigated computers and provided reports for cases that dealt primarily with custody of children. We have dealt with evidence that ranged from infidelity to suspected terrorism and child pornography, abuse by parents and spouces; violent and sex related crimes.
We pride in our ability to provide a report and present the evidence in such a way that it will minimize the emotional and psychological impact on our clients. We work with their solicitors in order to achieve that.

Contact us now, or advice your solicitor to contact us and see how we can help your case.
The majority of our cases related to family courts deal with violent and sex related crimes against a spouce and children.
